Grilled Onion and Bell Pepper Skewers with Yogurt Dip

Summer is here, which means it’s time to fire up the grill and enjoy some delicious outdoor meals. One of my favorite recipes for the grill is grilled onion and bell pepper skewers with yogurt dip. Not only is this dish packed with flavor, but it’s also loaded with nutrients that will nourish your body and keep you feeling great all summer long.

Before we dive into the recipe, let’s take a look at some of the health benefits of the ingredients:

  • Onions: Onions are a great source of antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
  • Bell Peppers: Bell peppers are rich in vitamin C, which can help boost your immune system and promote healthy skin.
  • Yogurt: Yogurt is a great source of probiotics, which can help improve digestion and boost your overall gut health.

Now that we know how good these ingredients are for us, let’s get to the recipe!
